Had a last minute issue with my car before heading out of town. I stopped at Value and even though they were clearly super busy and managing calls and appointments. They brought my car in and had it fixed within 30 min. Jose and Diana were super friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure my issue was resolved while managing multiple other appointments. Can’t recommend them enough!

My first time there and though highly recommended, I was still skeptical. Mike Eberle, the manager, was very straightforward and pleasant. He gave me a break where he could and got me done as soon as they could. I wasn't disappointed and will go back again.

Came in with Vermont winter tires I’d been loyally ignoring, brakes that were more of a vibe than a function, and max emotional damage. Left with working brakes, an oil change, a much lighter wallet, peak mental health care (much better than what I’d been receiving outpatient), and the humbling discovery that brakes are apparently mandatory even on a manual — turns out ‘just downshift and jump ship if things get dicey’ is not a universally accepted stopping strategy. Who knew?! They even fixed my roller-skates! They didn’t tackle me when I flew out to skate their shop floor - under cars, through tire stacks, past actively working mechanics - and spared the calls to the police. I’ve since claimed a corner of the service bay as my home and have been sleeping under the Goodyears. They haven’t officially objected, nor caught me. Five stars for this skate rink! They fixed my car, my skates, and my will to live. Do not test your brakes or your life the way I did. Mark and Brandon (and the other awesome dude working - whose name I forgot to ask - sorry other dude, you’re awesome too!) deserve better than that. Maybe bring them pizza. Will be back for more skate time and other car stuff

Service was quick and staff was friendly for the most part- the thing that frustrated me is I called ahead to make an appointment due to a nail in my tire and when I showed up (15min early just in case) I was met with attitude and was told it would be hours before they could get to my car. I don’t know why they would tell me they had an available appointment for a certain time if it wasn’t true. Anyway, I needed to wait there so I did some studying- there is space to sit and wifi is available. They were able to get to my car earlier than they said so I appreciated that and all my interactions after the very first conversation when I walked in were pleasant. They were able to patch my tire pretty quickly, I was just thankful I didn’t need it replaced!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-tier service. Real people. Real respect. Huge shout-out to Garrett and Brandon at Monro Muffler Brake & Service on Main Street 🔧💪 I stopped in with questions about getting an oil change on an Enterprise rental when Enterprise couldn’t fit me in right away. Instead of brushing me off, Garrett and Brandon took the time to actually explain my options, broke everything down clearly, and did it with patience and kindness 🙏 They told me to come back the next morning at 9am and assured me they’d get me in and out as fast as possible ⏱️🚗 No pressure. No attitude. Just solid communication and good energy. You can tell right away these guys take pride in their work and how they treat people. Professional, respectful, and genuinely good dudes 👊😄 This is how auto service should be done. Highly recommend. Boss-level crew. 🛠️🔥
